A fixture on the indie circuit since 2013, Danhausen built his name through independent promotions and Ring of Honor before landing an AEW contract in 2022. In AEW he was closely tied to HOOK through the HOOKhausen tandem and won the 2023 Casino Tag Team Royale alongside Orange Cassidy. His character blends horror, absurdist humour, social media fan interaction, and a penchant for “cursing” adversaries — all delivered with his signature face paint and infamous jars of teeth.
Danhausen debuted in WWE at Elimination Chamber on February 28, 2026, emerging dramatically from a mystery crate alongside a troupe of dancers known as the Ghoulhausens. He made his in-ring debut on the April 10 SmackDown, defeating Kit Wilson, then appeared at WrestleMania 42 on April 19 in a segment with The Miz and John Cena. At Backlash on May 9, he and Minihausen defeated Wilson and The Miz. The Miz and Kit Wilson subsequently destroyed Danhausen on the May 1 SmackDown, keeping that rivalry simmering heading into summer, while his “Cursed!” merch has made him one of WWE’s top sellers — sitting third behind CM Punk and Cody Rhodes during WrestleMania 42 weekend.
