Tiffany Stratton made history at WWE Money in the Bank 2026 in New Orleans, becoming the first woman to win the Money in the Bank ladder match twice after outlasting five other competitors in a chaotic brawl atop the ladders.
Stratton defeated Jacy Jayne, Lola Vice, Lash Legend, Roxanne Perez and Sol Ruca to reclaim the briefcase, which guarantees her a world title opportunity to be cashed in at a time and place of her choosing. According to Fightful, the finish saw Stratton and Legend brawling directly on top of a ladder before Stratton knocked Legend off and climbed to retrieve the contract.
The win did not come without danger. POST Wrestling reported that Stratton suffered a frightening fall early in the match when she took a nasty landing off a ladder, a moment WrestleTalk also described as “terrifying” for those watching live. Despite the scare, Stratton continued through the match and ultimately climbed to victory, pulling down the briefcase for the second time in her career.
Stratton previously won the Money in the Bank briefcase once before, and her successful cash-in on that occasion helped establish her as one of the top stars in the WWE women’s division. With this second briefcase in hand, Stratton now holds another guaranteed shot at a women’s world championship, a title opportunity she can exercise at any point of her choosing under standard Money in the Bank rules.
The ladder match itself was a high-stakes affair pulling together several of the top names on the WWE women’s roster. Jacy Jayne, Lola Vice, Lash Legend, Roxanne Perez and Sol Ruca each had a path to the same championship opportunity, but it was Stratton who emerged from the carnage to add her name to the record books as the only two-time women’s Money in the Bank winner.
With the briefcase now in her possession, speculation will immediately turn to when and against whom Stratton chooses to cash in. Her history with the contract suggests WWE may look to build toward another high-profile title change built around her name, though no cash-in timeline or target has been confirmed.
