Abdullah The Butcher

Abdullah the Butcher is a Canadian retired professional wrestler who built his legendary reputation as one of the most violent and bloody hardcore wrestling competitors of all time. His distinctive trademark divot-like scars on his head resulted from excessive blading during his career. Operating as a special attraction across multiple territories, he held the IWA International Heavyweight Championship three times between 1969 and 1972, captured the NWA Canadian Championship, and achieved six North American Heavyweight Title reigns in the early 1970s. As a true independent who never stayed in one place for too long, Abdullah maintained the notoriety of his character.

The retired wrestler maintains a WWE Hall of Fame induction from 2011. Abdullah the Butcher is currently hospitalized at 84, battling serious health issues.
