About Awesome Kong

Kong spent the first five years of her career competing in Japan before moving to the United States to establish herself with TNA Wrestling as a cornerstone of the Knockouts division. A five-time Women’s Champion, she won the TNA Knockouts Championship twice alongside world titles in Japan and the United States. She was best known for her time in TNA, where she became a two-time TNA Knockouts Champion and TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champion with Hamada.

Kong retired from professional wrestling in August 2021 and was subsequently inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame. As an actress, she has appeared in the Netflix wrestling comedy series GLOW.
