Inaugural and two-time Women’s United States Champion, Green conquered the women’s division on SmackDown after her 2023 Royal Rumble return, also holding the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championship alongside Ethan Page. Her vain, self-centered comedic character constantly looks for allies to do her dirty work, defining her style and resonance with fans as WWE’s answer to Attitude Era excess.

Green’s second Women’s United States reign ran from November 2025 to January 2026, and though an ankle injury sidelined her from in-ring action since February, she underwent an SVT ablation procedure on May 4 to correct supraventricular tachycardia. Despite her absence from competition, she maintained SmackDown presence through video segments addressing her on-screen friendship with Tiffany Stratton.
