About D-Von Dudley

D-Von Dudley

Half of the most decorated tag team of the Attitude Era, D-Von built his legend alongside Bubba Ray as one of the defining forces in the tag team revival of the late ’90s. Known as Team 3D in TNA, the duo’s table-laden, hard-hitting style earned them recognition as 23-time world tag team champions, and they became the first tag team inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame. D-Von also pursued a solo run in TNA, winning the TNA Television Championship twice, before reuniting with Bubba Ray. Hughes and LoMonaco were inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018 as part of the Dudley Boyz.

D-Von officially retired from in-ring competition at TNA Bound for Glory 2025, when he and Bully Ray lost to The Hardys in a Tables Match. The bout took place at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts, and after the match, D-Von and Bubba Ray removed their boots and handed them to Matt and Jeff Hardy as a symbolic confirmation of retirement. He remains signed to WWE under a legends contract and has been an active voice in wrestling commentary, appearing on podcasts to weigh in on the modern state of the business.
