Dion Lennox

A former Oregon State linebacker who went undrafted in 2022, Dion Lennox reinvented himself on WWE NXT, debuting in 2023 before a 2025 heel turn cemented his trajectory. After a string of losses left him unhinged, he crashed out on the January 21 episode of NXT and resurfaced at Vengeance Day to launch DarkState alongside Cutler James, Saquon Shugars, and Osiris Griffin. The calculating mastermind of the faction went on to become a two-time NXT Tag Team Champion, winning the titles with Griffin at NXT Heatwave before a second reign followed NXT Halloween Havoc.

Lennox surrendered his half of the NXT Tag Team titles in December 2025 to pivot to singles competition, then competed in the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline — a John Cena-sanctioned spot — but fell short of victory despite pinning eventual winner Je’Von Evans. He currently leads DarkState alongside Cutler James and Osiris Griffin, with a showdown against Saquon Shugars — booted from the group — set for NXT Great American Bash.
