/ ABOUT ELEKTRA LOPEZ
A second-generation talent — her father José Rivera worked WWE rings as Steve King in the 1970s and '80s — Elektra Lopez carved out her identity in NXT as "La Madrina" of Legado Del Fantasma alongside Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde, and Cruz Del Toro. Aligning with the faction in August 2021, she functioned as its enforcer, picking up a notable No Disqualification win over Hit Row's B-Fab. When Legado was promoted to SmackDown, she was replaced by Zelina Vega, before eventually rejoining the group on the January 26, 2024 SmackDown.
Her main roster in-ring resume was thin — a Battle Royal on Raw in February 2024, a singles match against Zelina Vega on WrestleMania SmackDown in April 2024, and a triple threat in the opening round of the women's U.S. title tournament in December 2024. She was released from WWE on February 7, 2025. Since then, she has competed on the independent circuit, including a shot at the NWA World Women's Championship, and has publicly hinted that a WWE return isn't out of the question.
