Eric Bischoff is an American television producer, professional wrestling booker, and promoter, best known for serving as Executive Producer and later Senior Vice President of World Championship Wrestling and the on-screen General Manager of WWE’s Raw brand. He became a one-time WCW Hardcore Champion and headlined the 1998 Road Wild pay-per-view event teaming with Hulk Hogan against Diamond Dallas Page and Jay Leno. Bischoff is in second place of the longest reigns as general manager in WWE history with three years in total. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2021.
Currently, he is the chief media officer for Real American Freestyle. Despite not officially working in the business anymore, Eric Bischoff still holds a significant presence in professional wrestling thanks to 83 Weeks, one of the industry’s most prominent podcasts.
