Austrian professional wrestler GUNTHER (Walter Hahn) is signed to WWE on the SmackDown brand. He is a former two-time World Heavyweight Champion and the longest reigning WWE Intercontinental and NXT United Kingdom champion in company history. GUNTHER held the Intercontinental Championship for a record 666 days, became King of the Ring, and won the World Heavyweight Championship twice. He earned the moniker of “Career Killer” after defeating Goldberg, John Cena, and AJ Styles in their retirement matches. Nicknamed “The Ring General,” GUNTHER built his reputation on intense, physical matches and a precise, disciplined approach.
GUNTHER performs on the SmackDown brand. Since moving to SmackDown, he has been positioned in the singles spotlight and WWE views him as a top-level star who can step into a major role whenever needed.
