About iShowSpeed

Darren “IShowSpeed” Watkins Jr. went from surprise ringside guest to WrestleMania competitor in just two years, carving out one of WWE’s most viral celebrity runs in recent memory. His first WWE brush came at WrestleMania XL in Philadelphia, where he appeared disguised as a PRIME bottle during Logan Paul’s United States Championship match and ate an RKO from Randy Orton on the commentary table. He then made his official in-ring debut as a surprise eighth entrant in the 2025 Men’s Royal Rumble at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, where Triple H personally sent him to the ring; Speed even assisted in eliminating Otis before Bron Breakker’s spear sent him crashing to the floor.

Speed’s biggest showcase came at WrestleMania 42 Night 1 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, competing in his first official match — teaming with Logan Paul and Austin Theory against The Usos and LA Knight. He displayed legitimate athleticism, hitting a backflip off the top rope, before delivering a massive frog splash off the top post, putting Paul through a ringside table after Paul turned on him. Speed’s team ultimately fell to LA Knight and The Usos. Following the event, Speed left the door open for more WWE appearances, having also completed a training series culminating in a session with 14-time world champion Randy Orton as he hinted at eventually immersing himself more seriously in the business.
