About Jeff Jarrett

Chosen One bridged 1990s WWE and WCW as a country music heel, claiming six Intercontinental Titles and four WCW World Titles before co-founding NWA-TNA in 2002 with his father Jerry. Jarrett was a staple in TNA’s World Title scene, winning five World Titles from 2002 to 2006. Over his career, Jarrett has held over 80 championship reigns including six NWA World Heavyweight Championships and the AAA Mega Championship twice. He was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame in 2015 and the WWE Hall of Fame in 2018. El Kabong, his acoustic guitar finishing move, made him one of wrestling’s most over heels.
Jarrett currently wrestles and serves as Director of Business Development for All Elite Wrestling. He appeared on his podcast “My World” in April 2026 discussing TNA, and Dark Side of the Ring Season 7 premieres July 7, 2026, beginning with a three-part deep look at Jeff Jarrett’s TNA run.
