Jimmy Hart
About Jimmy Hart

Known as “the Mouth of the South,” Jimmy Hart spent decades managing some of wrestling’s biggest names — Randy Savage, The Honky Tonk Man, Ted DiBiase, The Nasty Boys, and Hulk Hogan among them — across stints in the WWF and WCW. His guidance of The Honky Tonk Man to the Intercontinental Championship, where he held the title for a record 454 days, stands as one of his defining achievements. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005, Hart also composed countless theme songs for wrestlers throughout his career.
After WCW folded, Hart worked the independent circuit before returning to WWE in March 2011 under a Legends deal. On January 6, 2025, he accompanied Hogan during the Raw debut on Netflix, one of their final appearances together. On July 25, 2025, Hart appeared on SmackDown during the tribute to Hogan, to whom he remained a very close friend even in his final days. In April 2026, Hart inducted Hogan’s match with Andre the Giant at WrestleMania III into the WWE Hall of Fame’s Class of 2026.
