About Joaquin Wilde

Originally making his name on the independents and in Impact Wrestling as DJZ, Wilde survived a life-threatening ruptured colon and internal bleeding in 2017 while working in Mexico before signing with WWE. Guided by Santos Escobar, he found purpose in Legado del Fantasma, a rudo lucha stable that operated across WWE and AAA from 2020 until disbanding on April 24, 2026. A high-flyer known for the 630 Splash and Filipino Destroyer, Wilde built his reputation through relentless aerial offense and faction warfare on NXT and SmackDown.

With Legado del Fantasma now dissolved, Wilde has pivoted to the WWE–AAA co-promoted landscape as a singles and mixed tag competitor. At AAA Noche de Los Grandes on June 6, 2026, he competed in a Fatal 5-Way for the AAA World Cruiserweight Championship number-one contendership, which Lince Dorado ultimately won. Days later, he was announced as one-half of a challenger team alongside La Hiedra for the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship against Mr. Iguana and Lola Vice on the June 13 AAA TV taping.
