Three-time NAIA champion with elite mat skills, Kendal Grey debuted in 2024 and quickly became a breakout prospect. She captured the Evolve Women’s Championship on October 15, 2025, defeating Kali Armstrong to begin a record-setting reign, and won the 2025 Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge before challenging for the NXT Women’s Championship at New Year’s Evil in January 2026. Her legitimate amateur wrestling background and fluid in-ring style drew immediate comparisons to Kurt Angle and earned high praise from Dave Meltzer, who predicted she could be the best women’s wrestler the country has produced.
Grey vacated the Evolve Women’s Championship on March 11 with a 146-day reign featuring eight successful title defenses, permanently moving to NXT full-time. She currently competes in the NXT Women’s Championship picture and is chasing current champion Lola Vice.
