About Lady Frost
Known for high-flying, acrobatic offense centered around a cool persona with ice and frost motifs, Frost won CMLL’s women’s Copa Bicentenario tournament with Dalys la Caribeña after reaching the final of the 2022 CMLL International Women’s Gran Prix. Best known for her time in All Elite Wrestling and Ring of Honor, she made her professional debut on the March 26, 2018 episode of WWE Raw. In AEW, she unsuccessfully challenged for the TBS Championship.
Frost’s AEW contract expired on April 1, 2026, and was not renewed. Immediately after leaving AEW, she signed with Major League Wrestling, where she is now signed and also performs on the independent circuit.
