Lei Ying Lee

The first Chinese champion in TNA Wrestling history, Lei Ying Lee won the TNA Knockouts World Championship at NXT Gold Rush by defeating Kelani Jordan and Jordynne Grace in a triple threat — never afraid of fighting both Knockouts and men. After losing the title and then a rematch at Rebellion when former partner Xia Brookside turned on her, Lee recaptured the championship on the May 7 Impact taping to become a two-time champion.

Heading into TNA Slammiversary on June 28 at Agganis Arena in Boston, Lee and Brookside are set to collide one-on-one for the Knockouts World Championship. On the June 4 Impact, Lee dropped a non-title intergender match to Mr. Elegance after Brookside distracted her from the apron, allowing Elegance to capitalize for the pinfall — a momentum blow heading into what is shaping up as the Knockouts feud of the year.
