Malakai Black

Dutch striker Aleister Black, signed to WWE's NXT in 2017 and winning the NXT Championship in 2018, became best known for his runs as Aleister Black in WWE and Malakai Black in AEW. From 2021 to 2025, Black was signed to AEW, where he led the House of Black stable and held the AEW World Trios Championship once with Brody King and Buddy Matthews. Known for his signature kick-based offense, particularly the Black Mass finishing move, he established himself as a dark, technically skilled performer blending martial arts influence with intense character work across his career.

He returned to WWE later that year but was released again in 2026. After being released from WWE in April 2026, Black is set to make his return to the independent circuit in September, competing on PROGRESS Wrestling's Odyssey Tour in the United Kingdom.
