Widely regarded as one of the greatest luchadors and cruiserweight wrestlers of all time, the Master of the 619 has built a career that defies every physical expectation. His résumé includes the WWE Championship, two World Heavyweight Championships, two Intercontinental Titles, three United States Titles, five Tag Team Titles, three Cruiserweight Titles, and a Royal Rumble win as the No. 2 entrant. He became the smallest Superstar ever to hold the World Heavyweight Championship, winning it at WrestleMania 22. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Class of 2023, his lucha-rooted high-flying style and the iconic 619 remain the blueprint for a generation of wrestlers.

After returning from fractured ribs, Mysterio announced on the April 6, 2026 edition of Raw that he would compete in the WrestleMania 42 Intercontinental Championship ladder match — a bid that came up short on Night 2, April 19. On May 23, he was then named the new General Manager of Lucha Libre AAA, with a power dynamic now looming over Dominik Mysterio, who holds the AAA Mega Championship. A major on-screen AAA announcement is also teased for June 6.
