Rhea Ripley
About Rhea Ripley

The Australian wrestler began her career in 2013 with Riot City Wrestling before signing with WWE in 2017. She made history as the first-ever NXT UK Women’s Champion and went on to capture all five major WWE women’s titles. In 2023, Ripley became the first woman to win a Royal Rumble match after entering at position 1. She currently holds the WWE Women’s Championship, which she won on April 19, 2026.
Ripley is recovering from a knee injury and will not be able to defend the WWE Women’s title at SummerSlam 2026. WWE will continue to recognize her as the official champion while an interim champion is crowned. WWE is hopeful she’ll be good to go by the fall.
