About Robert Stone

A veteran of the indie scene since debuting in 2000, Robert Stone — real name Robert Strauss — built his early reputation across the Northeast circuit before a TNA run from 2010 to 2017 as Robbie E, where he formed the BroMans tag team with Jessie Godderz and racked up multiple independent and regional titles. Signing with WWE in 2019, Stone made a calculated pivot to management, recognizing the managerial lane had far fewer people competing for that spotlight compared to the stacked in-ring roster. He helmed the Robert Stone Brand stable on NXT, guiding talents including Chelsea Green, Taya Valkyrie, and Mercedes Martinez.

Currently signed to WWE, Stone serves as both a producer and the on-screen NXT General Manager. He also makes appearances for partner promotion TNA Wrestling, managing The Diamond Collective — Tessa Blanchard, Victoria Crawford, and Mila Moore. Stone has confirmed he is no longer a full-time wrestler, having stepped inside the ropes just ten times for WWE since joining the company.
