Ryan Clancy

New York-based technician "Fancy" Ryan Clancy has built a devoted indie following since debuting in September 2018, trained by Damian Adams and Lance Storm's Storm Wrestling Academy. Known for his crisp dropkick as a signature weapon, Clancy has worked extensively for Beyond Wrestling/Wrestling Open, including a notable 2023 bout against Zack Sabre Jr., and logged appearances for AEW and ROH, culminating in a Wrestling Open Championship win on December 26, 2024, dethroning Brad Hollister inside a steel cage.

In April 2025, Clancy relinquished the Wrestling Open Championship after suffering an ACL and medial meniscus tear. He reports being well ahead of his recovery schedule but has not set a return timeframe, leaving one of the indie scene's most promising technicians sidelined as he works toward a comeback.
