Nuufolau Joel Seanoa carved out a reputation as one of the most complete heavyweights in the game — a punishing submission specialist whose blend of hard strikes, legitimate grappling, and suffocating intensity made every match feel dangerous. His near-two-year ROH World Championship reign set a foundational standard for the promotion, and runs in TNA added the X Division, TV, and World Heavyweight titles to a résumé that qualifies him as a TNA Grand Slam Champion. In WWE he captured the NXT Championship twice and the United States Championship twice, before defeating MJF at Worlds End 2023 to win the AEW World Championship for the first time, then returning to capture it again on November 22, 2025 at Full Gear by beating “Hangman” Adam Page in a steel cage match.

In 2025 Joe also held the AEW World Trios Championship alongside Powerhouse Hobbs and Katsuyori Shibata as part of The Opps, and the faction was prominently featured in the Death Riders storyline heading into All In Texas. His second AEW World title reign ended at Worlds End 2025 when MJF pinned him in a four-way to take the belt, a run that lasted only 35 days. Joe then suffered a concussion in January 2026 during training and has not been medically cleared since, with Joe himself confirming at the 2026 “For The Love of Wrestling” convention in the UK that he will be back in AEW sooner rather than later.
