About Shane Haste
Best known for his time in New Japan Pro-Wrestling and WWE, Shane Haste is an Australian professional wrestler. As part of The Mighty Don’t Kneel with Mikey Nicholls, he won the GHC Tag Team Championship, then debuted for NJPW at Wrestle Kingdom 9. He signed with WWE in 2016 and was assigned to NXT as Shane Thorne, later being repackaged as “Slapjack” in 2020.
He is currently working as a freelancer, predominantly for Ring of Honor and Pro Wrestling Noah, where he is the current GHC Heavyweight Champion in his first reign. He is a member of The Mighty Don’t Kneel and White Raven Squad.
