Soberano Jr.
About Soberano Jr.

Third-generation wrestler and son of Euforia, Soberano Jr. emerged from CMLL’s system to become one of the promotion’s most dynamic high-flyers. He captured the Mexican National Welterweight Championship in 2017, a reign lasting several years and establishing him as a mid-card cornerstone. After about a decade performing as a fan-favorite tecnico, he turned rudo in late 2023. His heel work showcases newfound charisma and swagger while he has expressed a desire to supplant Mistico as lucha libre’s top star.
Currently signed to both CMLL and New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Soberano Jr. remains a fixture in the company’s main event scene. In February 2026, he unsuccessfully challenged Mistico for the CMLL World Light Heavyweight Championship.
