One of NXT’s most uniquely unhinged characters, Paxley is a two-time NXT women’s gold holder — a former NXT Women’s Champion and current NXT Women’s North American Champion, making her only the second woman alongside Stephanie Vaquer to hold both titles. She captured the NXT Women’s Championship by beating Jacy Jayne at Halloween Havoc 2025, having found her footing inside The Culling. She also holds a unique distinction as a two-time participant in women’s Casket Matches — triumphing in both the first and second in WWE history.

Paxley won her current NXT Women’s North American Championship at NXT Vengeance Day on March 7, 2026, defeating former Culling stablemate Izzi Dame. She retained at Stand & Deliver and again over Blake Monroe in a casket match at NXT Revenge on April 21.
