One of NXT's most uniquely unhinged characters, Paxley is a two-time NXT women's gold holder — a former NXT Women's Champion and current NXT Women's North American Champion, making her only the second woman alongside Stephanie Vaquer to hold both titles. She captured the NXT Women's Championship by beating Jacy Jayne at Halloween Havoc 2025, having found her footing inside The Culling.
