A rudo trained by Último Guerrero and absorbed into Los Guerreros Laguneros after a standout 2018 Gran Alternativa run, Templario built his CMLL reputation on a hybrid style blending aerial techniques, technical grappling, and relentless aggression. He became the 22nd CMLL World Middleweight Champion on May 12, 2023, dethroning Dragón Rojo Jr. He also holds the MLW World Middleweight Championship in a second reign and the NJPW STRONG Openweight Tag Team Championship with TJP. Templario regained the MLW Middleweight title at a CMLL vs. MLW event on May 1.
Most recently, Templario competed on the milestone MLW Fusion 200 two-hour special on June 20, 2026, falling to Místico via Fujiwara Armbar at 20:54 in a match praised as a lucha libre showcase. He also made his AEW debut on the May 22, 2025 Collision, teaming with Máscara Dorada and Místico to defeat Los Depredadores. Simultaneously active across CMLL, MLW, NJPW, and AEW, Templario remains one of the most in-demand luchadores working today.
