Thea Hail

One of NXT’s most electrifying homegrown talents, Thea Hail signed with WWE in March 2022 and quickly became a fan favorite through her tenure at Chase University alongside Andre Chase and Duke Hudson. She made a major statement when she challenged Tiffany Stratton for the NXT Women’s Championship in a Submission Match at NXT Great American Bash 2023. Her time at Chase U ended abruptly in November 2024 when the school shut its doors after Mr. Chase lost to Ridge Holland, setting Hail on her own path to singles stardom. On the December 16, 2025 episode of NXT, Hail defeated Blake Monroe to win the NXT Women’s North American Championship — her first title in WWE — before losing it to Izzi Dame at NXT: New Year’s Evil on January 6, 2026, ending her reign at just 21 days.

Most recently, Izzi Dame defeated Thea Hail to advance to the finals of the WWE Women’s Speed Title Tournament on the June 16 episode of NXT. Hail locked in several Kimura Locks throughout the match but a massive running knee strike gave the win to Dame. Despite the setback, reports indicate WWE has new plans in store for her heading into the second half of 2026.
