Tommy Dreamer
About Tommy Dreamer

Dubbed the heart and soul of ECW, Dreamer built his legacy through the 1990s and early 2000s as a defining figure of the Philadelphia promotion, later becoming the first man to hold the ECW World Heavyweight Championship in both the original ECW and WWE’s ECW brand. He held the ECW World Heavyweight Championship twice, plus the ECW World Tag Team Championship and WWF/E Hardcore Championship. His years-long feud against Raven, which started in January 1995, produced his most memorable moments, culminating in a Loser Leaves Town match at Wrestlepalooza 1997. Beyond in-ring work, he served as a producer and creative member across multiple companies while remaining an active competitor even into his fifties.
Currently in 2026, Dreamer is involved with TNA’s creative team while openly praising AEW’s match quality and storytelling on his Busted Open Radio podcast. Last week he engaged in social media banter with AEW’s Don Callis following Callis’ viral teeth incident on AEW Dynamite.
