About Trick Williams
Rising through NXT after debuting in September 2021 alongside Carmelo Hayes, Trick Williams evolved from a supporting hype man into a breakout singles star. He won the NXT North American Championship and captured the NXT Championship twice, establishing himself as one of the brand’s premier talents. His transition to SmackDown proved immediately successful, as he defeated Sami Zayn at WrestleMania to become United States Champion. In 2025 Williams made history by winning the TNA World Championship at Battleground, becoming the first WWE-contracted wrestler to capture the TNA title.
Currently signed to WWE on the SmackDown brand, Williams is the current WWE United States Champion in his first reign. His charisma and growing presence in the main event scene have made him one of the company’s biggest bright spots as a featured performer in WWE’s upper card.
