A 14-time World Champion across a four-decade in-ring career, The Cerebral Assassin captured nearly every major WWE title, the 1997 King of the Ring, and Royal Rumble victories in 2002 and 2016. The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, Ric Flair, Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, John Cena, Roman Reigns, and Seth Rollins all felt the business end of his sledgehammer. Inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of D-Generation X in 2019, he received individual induction in the class of 2025.
Following a 2022 retirement forced by a cardiac episode, Levesque was elevated to WWE Chief Content Officer that September. In the role, he oversees Creative Writing, Talent Relations, Live Events, Talent Development, and Creative Services. He has since signed a new multi-year deal with WWE/TKO — believed to run as long as three years — confirmed ahead of WrestleMania 42. Triple H remains firmly at the helm backstage heading into summer 2026.
