A 16-year veteran out of Norfolk, England, Alex Windsor built her legacy as the longest-reigning RevPro Undisputed British Women’s Champion in history, also capturing gold in Japan by winning the TJPW International Princess Championship from Maki Itoh in 2022. Trained by the Knight wrestling family — Ricky Knight, Sweet Saraya, and their children — Windsor developed a hard-hitting, technically grounded style that made her one of Britain’s most accomplished women’s wrestlers across EVE, RevPro, and beyond.
Windsor officially signed with AEW on June 6, 2025, where she is one-half of the Brawling Birds tag team alongside Jamie Hayter. She also holds the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship, having won the title by defeating Syuri at Wrestle Queendom XIII in London on March 8, 2026.
