Former AEW Women’s World Champion and Stardom standout, Blake Monroe — fka Mariah May — brought her theatrical glamour game and devastating Happily Ever After tombstone piledriver to WWE in June 2025 after her landmark rivalry with Toni Storm. She debuted on NXT confronting Jacy Jayne and capped her developmental run by capturing the NXT Women’s North American Championship at Halloween Havoc 2025. Before WWE, she accumulated credentials across the UK indie scene and Japanese rings, winning the Goddesses of Stardom Championship with Mina Shirakawa.

Monroe made her SmackDown debut on May 22, 2026, making her presence felt backstage ahead of Saturday Night’s Main Event XLIV. Reports indicate she is poised to enter the mid-card title scene, putting her on a collision course with Women’s United States Champion Tiffany Stratton. WWE has already teased the two crossing paths, with Monroe targeting Stratton during a Twitch stream confrontation that turned personal fast.
