Blake Monroe Calls Out Nick Aldis Over ‘Fantasy Booking’ Himself Instead Of Her

The SmackDown star says she has already proven herself as a title contender and wants WWE's Nick Aldis to put the spotlight on her instead.

Blake Monroe is pushing back against Nick Aldis, arguing that the SmackDown general manager should be focused on booking her for bigger opportunities rather than “fantasy booking” himself into the spotlight. Monroe made the comments during an appearance on Busted Open Radio, where she made the case that she has already done enough in the ring to be considered one of SmackDown’s top stars.

Monroe joined the SmackDown brand in April 2026 but did not make her in-ring debut on the blue brand until October 2, 2026, when she defeated Giulia in her first match for the show. The result was notable given the buildup to Monroe’s arrival, and she followed it up with another win over Giulia a few weeks later in what was described as a highly acclaimed Street Fight.

Despite stringing together two victories over Giulia in quick succession, Monroe suggested that Aldis has not matched that in-ring success with the kind of championship-level opportunities she believes she has earned. Her remarks framed Aldis as someone more interested in inserting himself into the on-screen storylines than elevating her position on the roster.

“Fantasy book me, I’m the biggest star on the show,” Monroe said, directly challenging Aldis to turn his attention toward her rather than toward angles that center himself.

The comments add a new layer to Monroe’s push on SmackDown, which began in earnest with her April arrival but only translated into televised in-ring action several months later. Her two wins over Giulia, including the Street Fight, have given her a credible case that she belongs in contention for a singles title on the blue brand. Whether Aldis responds to her challenge with a concrete opportunity remains to be seen, and WWE has not announced any upcoming match or title plans involving Monroe following these comments.

For now, the dispute plays out as a verbal one, with Monroe publicly pressuring the general manager to back up her in-ring results with a push that matches her self-assessment as SmackDown’s biggest star.
