About Cruz Montana

Two-time TNA World Champion and four-time TNA World Tag Team Champion, Cruz Montana brings a decorated résumé built alongside his longtime partner Angel Ortiz in tag team competition across independent and TNA rings. A 2025 PWI Most Inspirational Wrestler of the Year, Montana’s rise has been marked by resilience and technical excellence in a career spanning nearly two decades.

Signed to WWE where he performs on the NXT brand, Montana made his debut on the July 21 episode of NXT and has already established himself as a main event fixture with his sights set on championship gold. Currently pursuing an NXT special match with D’Angelo, he represents one of the brand’s fresh top-tier contenders.
