Turning on his father and joining The Judgment Day at Clash at the Castle 2022 proved the catalyst for one of WWE’s most compelling heel runs in years. “Dirty Dom” has since captured the Intercontinental Championship twice, the NXT North American Championship twice, the SmackDown Tag Team titles with Rey Mysterio, and the AAA Mega Championship — becoming the first wrestler to simultaneously hold titles in both WWE and AAA. His second Intercontinental reign began with a win over John Cena in Cena’s penultimate career match.

He dropped the Intercontinental title to Penta on the March 2, 2026 Raw, ending his second reign at 93 days. He retains the AAA Mega Championship heading into mid-2026.
