He captured his first title at Crown Jewel 2023, winning the United States Championship from Rey Mysterio after a brass knuckle shot, and has since joined The Vision stable, pairing with Austin Theory to win the World Tag Team Titles in late 2025.

The injury came at Saturday Night’s Main Event on May 23rd, when Paul and Theory successfully defended the World Tag Team Championships against The Street Profits, but Paul tore his tricep in the process and has since undergone surgery. Doctors have given him a six-month recovery timeline, though Paul himself is dismissing it, vowing a much faster return. Rather than stripping the titles, Paul Heyman told Theory that Bron Breakker would step in as his new partner in Paul’s absence.
