Ricky Saints earned the NXT North American Championship on April 1, 2025, defeating Shawn Spears, then captured the NXT Championship at No Mercy on September 27, 2025, by defeating Oba Femi. He uses an Inverted powerbomb dubbed the “Rochambeau” as a finishing manoeuvre, blending Undertaker selling and Bret Hart’s technical foundation with Attitude Era-inspired confidence. Earlier in his career, he won the Owen Hart Cup and the AEW World Tag Team Championship, establishing himself as a multi-promotion champion.
Saints officially joined SmackDown by calling out Cody Rhodes, making his main roster debut in May 2026. He is currently vying for the United States Championship, which is held by Trick Williams. Saints is attempting to avenge his loss to Oba Femi and prove he’s better than The Ruler, with major main roster storylines developing as he settles into Friday nights.
