A seven-time world champion, two-time Royal Rumble winner, and WWE Grand Slam Champion, the Tribal Chief built his legacy through The Bloodline era — a 1,316-day Universal Championship reign, the longest in that title’s history and the fourth longest world title reign in WWE history. Repackaged as a villainous character from 2020 onward, Reigns unified the WWE and Universal Championships, holding both simultaneously as Undisputed WWE Universal Champion before dropping the title to Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania XL.

In 2026, Reigns won the Royal Rumble match for a second time and captured the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 42 — this time by defeating CM Punk. He most recently retained that title against Jacob Fatu in Tribal Combat at Clash in Italy on May 31, 2026, at the Inalpi Arena in Turin, with the Raw after Clash in Italy opening with Fatu’s acknowledgement ceremony. WWE has since teased a third match between Reigns and Cody Rhodes as the next major chapter.
