The Beast Mortos

A Mexican masked wrestler born March 11, 1987, The Beast Mortos is signed to All Elite Wrestling as a member of La Facción Ingobernable. After wrestling in the Torreón area as Semental, he signed with CMLL in 2008 and worked primarily in opening matches for over three years. Following his 2011 departure, he moved to AAA and made his debut in June 2011 under his original masked identity. After signing with AEW in January 2024 under the Black Taurus name, he rebranded as The Beast Mortos and debuted at ROH Supercard of Honor on April 5, 2024, defeating Blake Christian. On December 5, 2024, Mortos won the vacant ROH World Tag Team Championship with Sammy Guevara.

Mortos competes for All Elite Wrestling as a member of La Facción Ingobernable and appears in their sister company Ring of Honor. His reign with Guevara ended on June 26, 2026 at CMLL’s Viernes Espectacular when they lost the titles to Místico and Máscara Dorada. In May 2026, Mortos missed ROH Supercard of Honor due to visa issues, but Tony Khan is exploring title defense options for Guevara and Mortos in Mexico.
