One of wrestling’s most polarizing creative minds, Vince Russo built his career through key creative roles in the WWF, WCW, and TNA. Widely credited as a key architect of WWE’s Attitude Era, he is equally seen as later undermining WCW and TNA with his controversial booking philosophy. During his time in WCW, Russo infamously booked himself to a one-time WCW World Heavyweight Championship reign.
In recent years Russo served primarily as a wrestling analyst for Sportskeeda, but he has since moved back into active involvement in the business. Russo confirmed on social media that he has become an investor in Juggalo Championship Wrestling, the independent promotion owned by Insane Clown Posse, a streaming-focused indie that airs on the Psychopathic Records YouTube channel.
