Ticket distribution for TNA Bound For Glory has seen a significant jump heading into the October 11 pay-per-view at the Yuengling Center in Tampa, Florida, according to tracking site WrestleTix.
As of Thursday, 2,203 tickets had been distributed for the event, a substantial increase after weeks of comparatively slow sales. Earlier figures had put the number closer to 756 tickets distributed, and in mid-September TNA’s biggest show of the year was reportedly struggling, with only 702 tickets distributed and 1,742 still available at that time, according to Slam Wrestling.
The sharp rise in distributed tickets has drawn scrutiny from fans questioning what accounts for the sudden surge. TNA star Moose addressed the criticism directly, firing back at those raising doubts about the jump in numbers, according to PWMania.
Neither source detailed the specific cause of the increase, and TNA has not issued its own breakdown of the sales figures beyond what WrestleTix has tracked. Bound For Glory remains TNA’s flagship annual pay-per-view, and ticket movement in the final weeks before the show will continue to be watched closely as October 11 approaches.
