Jon Moxley has challenged The Cut to an Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Full Gear 2026, aiming to settle the escalating rivalry between his Death Riders faction and the Jay White-led stable in brutal fashion.

The challenge came during the October 28, 2026 Fright Night edition of AEW Dynamite in St. Louis, Missouri, which opened with a tag team bout pitting Moxley and Daniel Garcia against The Cut’s Jay White and David Finlay. The Cut picked up the win with an assist from Ace Austin, deepening the animosity between the two factions. Moxley issued the Anarchy in the Arena challenge in the aftermath of that loss, setting up a potential grudge match for AEW Full Gear on November 14, 2026.

Anarchy in the Arena is regarded as one of AEW’s most chaotic and physically punishing stipulations, typically allowing competitors to brawl throughout the entire arena with weapons in play and few restrictions, with a match only ending once both teams are pinned or forced to submit simultaneously or via referee stoppage criteria specific to the gimmick. The format has historically been reserved for the fiercest feuds on AEW’s calendar, underscoring the intensity of the bad blood that has built between Moxley’s Death Riders and White’s Cut faction.

The rivalry has been fueled by repeated interference, with Ace Austin’s involvement in the October 28 tag match marking the latest instance of The Cut using numbers to tip the scales against Moxley and his allies. That pattern of outside interference appears to be a central grievance driving Moxley’s push for a stipulation designed to neutralize those tactics by turning the entire arena into the battleground.

As of the October 28 Dynamite broadcast, The Cut had not issued a public response accepting or declining Moxley’s challenge. Should the match be confirmed for Full Gear, it would place the Death Riders and The Cut in one of the most violent match environments AEW offers, with the full rosters of both factions expected to factor into any official announcement regarding participants. AEW has not yet confirmed the complete lineup or stipulation details for the Full Gear card beyond Moxley’s challenge.

AEW Full Gear 2026 is scheduled for November 14, 2026. Further details on whether The Cut accepts the Anarchy in the Arena challenge, along with the full roster of participants on each side, are expected to be addressed on upcoming editions of Dynamite as the promotion builds toward the pay-per-view.
