AAA’s El Hijo Del Vikingo Expected To Be Sidelined Until Next Year Following Knee Surgery

AAA superstar El Hijo del Vikingo suffered a knee injury earlier this month while preparing before a scheduled match on WWE NXT. At the time, it was hoped that the injury was minor but WWE's medical team immediately pulled Vikingo from that match and sent him for an MRI. It soon became clear that the news wasn't good as Vikingo posted on social media to share that he needed to undergo knee surgery which would sideline him for a significant of time and prompted him to vacate the Latin American Championship that he held in AAA.
