We’re in the home stretch toward Money in the Bank, and tonight’s Raw from San Antonio has the feel of a show where people still need to prove themselves. The qualifier matches are the spine of the card, but there’s real intrigue around whether Seth Rollins actually shows up after weeks away—and what state he’s in if he does.
Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat: La Catalina vs. Roxanne Perez vs. Iyo Sky
La Catalina’s carrying the Reina de Reinas into WWE, which adds some weight to her spot here, but Perez and Sky are both hungry climbers in their own right. Three-ways are notoriously hard to call, but this should be crisp.
WAW Pick: Roxanne Perez advances — she’s the hottest act in the mix and WWE’s clearly investing.
Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Triple Threat: Dragon Lee vs. Solo Sikoa vs. [Third competitor TBD]
Dragon Lee’s a technical wizard and Solo’s the Bloodline enforcer, so we’re at least guaranteed physicality. The wildcard third man will matter more than you’d think.
WAW Pick: Solo Sikoa moves forward — the Bloodline gets its representative.
Bayley vs. Lyra Valkyria
Non-title, but both women are in the title picture conversation. This is about momentum and establishing hierarchy heading into the back half of September.
WAW Pick: Bayley wins clean — she’s the more established commodity right now.
Penta Segment
Coming off the loss to Roman Reigns, Penta gets mic time to process what’s next. Could be a turning point moment or just a cooldown segment; depends on the booking energy.
WAW Pick: Penta cuts a strong promo but gets interrupted — keeps the story moving.
LA Knight Appearance
Knight’s a guaranteed pop in San Antonio, Texas. Whether he’s in a match or just stirring the pot is TBD, but he’ll move the needle.
WAW Pick: Knight gets involved in something unexpected — that’s his role lately.
Seth Rollins shows up but it’s not to compete—it’s to cut a promo and announce his next target. The crowd’s going crazy for his return, but WWE doesn’t book the obvious play tonight. He’s back on the mic game first, action second.
