A two-out-of-three falls match for the AEW Trios Titles has been set for AEW WrestleDream on October 17. During AEW Dynamite Grand Slam France, Swerve Strickland and New Level issued the challenge to Hangman Page and Brodido, setting up the title bout, according to Fightful.
New Level, the team of Kofi and Austin Creed, joins Swerve Strickland in challenging the champions. On the other side, Hangman Page is teaming with Brodido, the pairing of Bandido and Brody King, to defend the AEW Trios Titles.
The two-out-of-three falls stipulation raises the stakes for the title defense, requiring either team to win two falls to claim victory. The match adds another high-profile title bout to the AEW WrestleDream card set for October 17.
