Mara Sadé appears to have provided the strongest indication yet that her next major destination is All Elite Wrestling.
The former WWE NXT and TNA talent launched a new official website that briefly described her career as having included WWE, TNA and “now AEW (All Elite Wrestling)”. The AEW reference was subsequently removed, but not before it was spotted and reported by multiple wrestling outlets.
Fightful reported on September 21 that Sadé’s website listed her as being part of AEW, with the promotion also appearing in an “as seen in” section. F4WOnline similarly reported that the wording appeared to confirm the expected move before the AEW reference was edited out.
As of the latest reports, AEW itself has not formally announced Sadé as a signing or confirmed a debut date. That distinction matters: the website change is a strong signal, but it is not the same as an official roster announcement from Tony Khan’s promotion.
Mara Sadé has been a free agent since leaving TNA
Sadé, who wrestled in WWE as Jakara Jackson, became a free agent after her TNA contract expired during the northern summer. TNA later confirmed that she had departed the company, ending a run that followed her WWE exit.
Her WWE career began in NXT, where Jackson became best known as part of Meta-Four alongside Lash Legend, Noam Dar and Oro Mensah. After leaving WWE in 2025, she continued working on the independent scene and later joined TNA under the Mara Sadé name.
Post Wrestling reported in July that Sadé had reached free agency and was in negotiations with multiple companies. That immediately made her one of the more notable available women on the market, particularly given her television experience across both WWE and TNA.
AEW had already been viewed as a possible destination
The apparent website reveal is significant because an AEW move had already been discussed as a possibility following Sadé’s TNA departure. Her profile now briefly identifying AEW as the latest stop in her career adds considerably more weight to that speculation.
It also comes at a notable time for AEW’s women’s division. Adding a 31-year-old talent with WWE developmental experience, recent TNA television exposure and an established character gives the company another option across Dynamite and Collision without requiring a lengthy introduction to wrestling audiences.
Sadé’s connection to AEW extends beyond speculation around her own future. She is in a relationship with AEW wrestler Kevin Knight, though that alone is obviously not evidence of a contract.
What happens next?
The next meaningful step will be an announcement from AEW or Sadé herself confirming her contractual status and, potentially, her debut plans.
The removal of the AEW wording from her website may simply mean the information appeared earlier than intended. Until AEW makes the move official, however, WAW is treating Sadé’s status as an apparent signing rather than a confirmed roster addition.
For now, the accidental-looking website update has turned what had been a plausible destination into one of the clearest signs yet that Mara Sadé could soon be All Elite.
