WWE Main Event Moving From YouTube to Rumble Beginning October 14

WWE Main Event is switching streaming homes, with the weekly series moving from YouTube to Rumble Sports beginning Wednesday, October 14. WWE confirmed the move in an official announcement titled “Rumble to Become the New Home of WWE Main Event,” which was reported by Rajah.

According to the announcement, Main Event will stream on Rumble Sports every Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT as part of a long-term agreement between WWE and the platform. That timeslot places the show in direct head-to-head competition with AEW Dynamite, which airs on TBS at the same hour, a scheduling overlap noted by both Fightful and WrestleView.

Variety was first to report the platform switch, according to NoDQ, Fightful, and WrestleView, with WWE’s official statement confirming the specifics of the launch date and new weekly slot. Main Event previously aired exclusively on YouTube before this move, and POST Wrestling reported that the shift is intended to help grow Rumble’s sports programming lineup.

The move marks another step in WWE’s ongoing effort to expand its media footprint across multiple platforms outside of its traditional broadcast and streaming partners. No further details on Main Event’s format, taping schedule, or on-air content were included in the sources.
