AEW will present a live episode of Collision from Chris Jericho’s Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea on Saturday, November 7, marking the promotion’s first television taping aboard the cruise since January 2020. Fightful Select first reported the development, with multiple outlets confirming the details in the days that followed.
The cruise, now in its seventh annual edition, will sail aboard the Norwegian Jewel from Miami, Florida, to Bimini in the Bahamas, running from November 7 through November 11. According to PWMania, Jericho confirmed the Collision broadcast himself while appearing on TMZ’s podcast, with the episode set to air live while the ship is docked in Miami.
NoDQ noted that the live Collision broadcast will fall on the same day as WWE’s Crown Jewel event, setting up a direct head-to-head scheduling matchup between the two promotions.
Jericho has hosted the Rock ‘N’ Wrestling Rager at Sea cruise annually, drawing wrestling talent and fans for a multi-day event on the water. AEW’s return to film a live television episode aboard the ship represents the first time the promotion has done so since its last visit in January 2020, giving the November 7 Collision a notable setting as the cruise embarks on its latest voyage.
