Chantel Monroe returned to in-ring action on WWE Main Event, facing Maxxine Dupri in what marked her first match since February. According to Diva Dirt, Monroe had been sidelined after undergoing surgery in March, and the bout against Dupri served as her WWE Main Event debut.
Dupri picked up the victory in the matchup. Diva Dirt reported that Dupri, performing with new entrance music tied to her “Vision” persona, won the bout following a distraction from Austin Theory.
Following the match, Monroe celebrated her return on social media, posting a photo with the caption, “I’m so backkkkk,” accompanied by a mirror and sparkle emoji along with the hashtags “#wwe” and “#reflectionofperfection.”
The match ends a layoff for Monroe that stretched back to February, with her surgery in March explaining the extended absence from competition. Her appearance on WWE Main Event signals a return to the promotion’s in-ring rotation after months on the sidelines.
